Section I <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />School levels. <br />2006: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2007: An increase of 800 at the High School level <br />with the opening of Carrboro High School. <br />2008: An increase of 323 at the Elementary <br />School level due to the opening of Morris Grove <br />Elementary School and the implementation of the <br />1:21 class size ratio in grades K-3 <br />2009: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2010: An increase in capacity of 40 students at the <br />High School level with Phoenix Academy High <br />School becoming official high school within the <br />district <br />2011: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2012: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2013: An increase in capacity of 585 students due <br />to the opening of Northside Elementary School. <br />2014: An increase in capacity of 104 students due <br />to the opening of the Culbreth Middle School <br />addition. <br />2015: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2016: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2017: A decrease in capacity of 165 students due <br />to the implementation of the 1:20 class size ratio in <br />grades K-3. <br />level. No changes at Middle or High School <br />levels. <br />2005: An increase in capacity of 100 at <br />Hillsborough Elementary with the completion of <br />renovations. <br />2006: An increase in capacity of 700 at the <br />Middle School level with the completion of <br />Gravelly Hill Middle School and an increase of 15 <br />at the High School level with the temporary <br />location of Partnership Academy Alternative <br />School. An increase of 2 at the Elementary level <br />due to a change in the capacity calculation for each <br />grade at each school. <br />2007: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2008: A decrease of 228 at the Elementary School <br />level due to the implementation of the 1:21 class <br />size ratio in grades K-3 and an increase of 25 at the <br />High School level with the completion of the new <br />Partnership Academy Alternative School. <br />2009: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2010: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2011: No changes at Elementary, Middle, or High <br />School levels. <br />2012: No changes at Elementary or Middle School <br />levels.
