In addition, the Commission will sponsor its annual ongoing event throughout Human Relations <br />Month. <br />An Essay Contest for youth grades 6 to 12 will also be held throughout the month, with <br />winners to be announced at the Pauli Murray Awards Ceremony. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact, <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the <br />Proclamation and authorize the Chair to sign it.
