Each Party is solely responsible for complying, and ensuring its Authorized Users <br />and Medical Providers comply, with all laws that may now or in the future govern the gathering, <br />transmission, processing, use, receipt, reporting, disclosure, maintenance and storage of <br />Protected Health Information, including without limitation HIPAA.
