Now that you’re looking at doing all these types of 584 amendments if we weren’t going through this process then it would be permitted as state statue. Currently it 585 is allowed to be permitted and we are trumping the state statue if you’re removing this regulation regarding 586 the relationship. If someone came in without this in the UDO we would have to require that relationship. 587 588
