i. 32 square feet of sign are per tenant <br />not to exceed three hundred (300) <br />square feet per building. <br />ii. Sign shall be located above tenant <br />space. <br />iii. Sign shall only occupy two-thirds <br />(2/3) of the façade. <br />e. No external lighting shall be permitted. <br /> <br />5. Projecting signs shall be permitted consistent with the <br />provisions of Section 6.12.12 (D) of the UDO. <br />6. Window signs shall be permitted consistent 6.12.12 <br />(E) of the UDO. <br />7. Directional signs shall be permitted consistent with <br />the provisions of Section 6.12.14 (C) of the UDO. <br />l. ENVIRONMENTAL: Development shall adhere to applicable <br />regulations as detailed in Section 6.13 Stream Buffers of the UDO <br />including required buffers from water features (i.e. streams, <br />wetlands, floodplains, etc.). <br />m.
