Mallett <br />Subject:RE: Required information related to Settlers Point <br />Attachments:Settlers pointe supplemental revision exec sum DRAFT report.pdf <br />Importance:High <br />Michael,  <br />  <br />Please find attached a DRAFT copy of the Supplemental Revision to the Settler’s Pointe TIA, that is intended to provide  <br />sufficient information as to the recommended traffic impacts of the development, as revised to remove the residential  <br />land use (for now), as well as the comments from NCDOT concerning their issues with a proposed traffic signal at the  <br />Service Road intersection.  This draft will be part of the full report that includes all of the Synchro output files (the  <br />intersection Level of Service data) that typically takes some time to compile.  I intend to have the full report completed  <br />in the next day or two, sealed, but I think this is the basic information you wanted to see by today.  <br />  <br />Please let me know if you have any questions, or if I need to provide you any further information.  <br />  <br />Edward W.
