Development of a School: elementary, middle and <br />secondary land use shall be permitted in District 1 subject to <br />compliance with existing development standards, and the <br />submittal and approval of a Class A Special Use Permit, in <br />accordance with the provisions of the UDO. <br />b. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: All development shall abide by the <br />performance standards as articulated in Section 6.4 of the UDO <br />inclusive. <br />c. RATIO STANDARDS: All development shall abide by the following <br />ratio standards: <br />i. Minimum Percentage of Open Space: 30% or a cumulative <br />total of 81.6 acres in Districts 1 and 2. <br />ii. There shall be a minimum of 30 acres of open space in <br />District 1 or 2. <br />iii. Maximum Allowable Floor Area Ratio shall be as follows: <br />1.
