<br />14. Curb stops shall be required in all parking lots in cases <br />where there is no proposed island, landscape area, or <br />sidewalk to provide a traffic break. <br />15. Drive isles for parking areas shall meet the following <br />minimum width requirements: <br />i. One-way traffic: Minimum of twelve (12) feet of <br />travel/drive isle, <br />ii. Two-way traffic: Minimum of twenty-four (24) feet <br />of travel/drive isle <br />16. Parking for individual land uses shall be based on the <br />following standards: <br />i. One (1) space for every three hundred (300) <br />square feet of floor space within a Retail Trade <br />(excluding Restaurants only when located within a <br />stand-alone facility), Service (excluding <br />Indoor/Outdoor Theaters), Manufacturing, <br />Assembly, and Processing, and Finance, <br />Insurance, and Real Estate land use. <br />ii. One (1) parking space for each Residential <br />Dwelling, Multi-family unit. <br />iii. One (1) parking space for every three (3) seats in <br />an Indoor and/or Outdoor Theater. <br />iv. One (1) parking space for every shift employee <br />within a Retail Trade, Restaurant facility, as well <br />as one (1) parking space for every four (4) seats <br />within the facility. <br />v. One (1) parking space for every three hundred <br />(300) of floor area within a Government facility. <br />vi. One (1) space per every room in a hotel plus one <br />(1) per shift employee. <br />vii. One (1) space for every three hundred (300) <br />square feet of floor area of office space plus one <br />per 1,000 square feet floor area of laboratory + <br />one per 5,000 square feet for greenhouses and <br />other material or mechanical storage areas within <br />a research development light industrial. <br />viii. All other light industrial except as listed above <br />shall have one space per 1,000 square feet of <br />floor area. <br />17. All parking lot spaces, unless otherwise designated, shall be: <br />Nine (9) feet by Eighteen (18) feet. <br />18. The overall maximum amount of surface parking permitted <br />for the entire development combined, shall be one (1) space <br />for every two hundred (200) square feet of floor space. <br /> 326
