<br />6. Health and personal care (i.e. family care, retirement home, <br />assisted living, group care, nursing home, etc.), <br />7. Indoor/outdoor swimming pool. <br />v. School: elementary, middle and secondary shall be permitted in <br />District 1 subject to existing development standards, and the <br />submittal and approval of a Class A Special Use Permit, in <br />accordance with the provisions of the UDO. <br />e. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS: Accessory buildings and enclosures whether <br />attached to or detached from the main building, including automatic teller <br />machines, shall be designed to complement the site architecture and shall <br />be integrated with the same scale, texture, color and detailing of adjacent <br />architectural design. <br />f. SETBACKS: <br />i. In District 1 no structure shall be located within 50 ft. of any external <br />roadway. <br />ii. In District(s) 2 and 3 no structure shall be located within 75 ft. of <br />Old NC Highway 86. <br />iii. In all Districts, vehicular use areas shall not be located within 25. ft <br />of any external roadway (i.e. Old Highway NC 86 and Service <br />Road). <br />iv. In all Districts, no structure or vehicular use area shall be located <br />within a required land use buffer as detailed herein. <br />v. In District 3 all residential structures shall observe the following <br />setbacks from internal property lines and rights-of-way: <br />i. Front Yard: 15 ft. <br />ii. Side Yard: 5 ft. <br />iii.
