<br /> <br /> Ordinance #: <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ATLAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Orange County has received and processed a petition submitted by Old <br />NC 86 Partners LLC (hereafter ‘the Applicant’) seeking to amend the Orange County Zoning <br />Atlas, as established in Section 1.2 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance <br />(UDO), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, This petition seeks to rezone 20 parcels totaling approximately 272 acres of <br />property to Master Plan Development Conditional Zoning District (MPD-CZD) for the purpose of <br />developing the Settlers Point mixed use development (hereafter ‘the Project), and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The properties subject to this rezoning are identified, utilizing Orange County <br />Parcel Identification Numbers (PIN), as: <br />i.
