Developer Responsibilities: The development reviewed the project’s current retail <br />commitments, potential end users, conditions of approval, phasing for infrastructure. <br />STAFF COMMENT: Staff reviewed the site plan development review <br />process for the project reminding those in attendance the approval of the <br />MPD-CZ application merely changed the zoning of the property. All <br />development proposals would still have to abide by the County’s formal <br />site plan review process. <br />6. Hillsborough: Both the developer and County staff reviewed issues associated with <br />potential future annexation, provision of water/sewer services, economic and land <br />use plan modification(s). <br />7.
