<br /> <br />To: Michael Harvey Current Planning Supervisor From: Alan Clapp Environmental Health Director RE: Settlers Point Mixed Use Development Michael, It is my understanding that this project will be served by the Town of Hillsborough for water and sewer needs, so Environmental Health will not be involved in the infrastructure of the project. However if the project does contain establishments for Food, Lodging, Institutions or Public Swimming pool then permits will be required from Environmental Health at time of construction. Environmental Health would also permit irrigation and geothermal wells if required for the project.
