Growth Management System Designation: Urban and Rural. <br />For more information please refer to the Growth Management <br />Systems map contained in Attachment 3. <br />g. Existing Conditions/Physical Features: Varying topography <br />with significant wooded areas and water features (i.e. ponds, <br />streams, and floodplain). <br />Several of the subject parcels are developed for use in support <br />of residential dwelling units.
