<br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed rezoning consists of the following: <br />• Rezone all or portions of 16 parcels, totaling 81.4 acres, located on both sides of Old Highway 86, <br />south of Interstate 40 from R-1 (Rural Residential) to EDH-2 (Economic Development <br />Hillsborough Limited Office). Additionally, 0.95 acres of road right-of-way is to be rezoned, and <br />• Two overlay districts apply in this geographic area (Watershed Protection and Major Transportation <br />Corridor).
