In reaching the determination, the Planning <br />Director may consider the following: <br />(1) Requirements for similar uses, <br />(2) The number and kind of vehicles likely to be attracted to the proposed use, and <br />(3) Studies of the parking requirements of such uses in other jurisdictions. <br />6.9.9 Fractional Results <br />When the number of parking spaces required by this Section results in a fractional space, any <br />fraction of less than one-half may be disregarded; a fraction of one-half or more shall be counted <br />as one parking space. <br />6.9.10 Off-Street Parking Design Standards <br />(A) Standard Parking Spaces <br />(1) Each parking space shall have a minimum area of 180 square feet and have a <br />minimum width of 9 feet. <br /> <br />69 Use moved to the Services land use category and renamed Religious Facility.  <br />70 Moved to the Services land use category.  <br />71 Moved to the Services land use category.  <br />72 Use moved to the new Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing land use category.  <br /> 259
