<br />c. The amendment is reasonable and in the public interest because it: <br />1. Assists Orange County in providing opportunities for the location and use of <br />temporary housing units. <br />2. Revising existing land use regulations to ensure existing conflicts with State <br />Building Code standards and Environmental Health policies. <br />3. Promote diversity with respect to available housing types. <br />4. Amends Appendix F of the 2030 Comprehensive Plan modifying references <br />to the Mobile Home Park Conditional Zoning (MHP-CZ) district consistent <br />with the proposed UDO text amendment. <br /> <br />The Planning Board of Orange County hereby recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners consider adoption of the proposed amendments. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________ ________________________ <br />Lydia N.
