Due to recent court decisions, specifically the Byrd V. Franklin County judicial decision, staff is concerned about having inconsistency with <br />respect to what is considered an allowable land use. Staff had already been working on a comprehensive re-configuration of the existing tables outlining <br />permitted uses but, after conferring with the Attorney’s office, it was decided to complete work on this specific component at this time. The manufacturing <br />section of the conditional zoning district section is now consistent, with respect to the uses listed only, as those allowed throughout the UDO. <br /> 54
