As is currently the <br />situation, retail trade would be permitted as a stand-alone use in the Hillsborough EDD only if a CUD or MPD-CZ is approved. <br />33 Staff is suggesting this language be moved to Section 5.6.17 since the standards section is a more appropriate place for standards. <br /> 49
