<br />Land Use Goal 4: Land development regulations, guidelines, techniques and/or <br />incentives that promote the integrated achievement of all Comprehensive Plan <br />goals. <br /> <br />c. The amendment is reasonable and in the public interest because it: <br />1. Assists Orange County in promoting the Hillsborough EDD to economic <br />development prospects. <br />2. Continues to protect adjacent and nearby land uses by implementing new, <br />and maintaining a myriad of existing, development standards in the <br />County’s UDO. <br /> <br />The Planning Board of Orange County hereby recommends that the Board of County <br />Commissioners consider adoption of the proposed UDO text amendment. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________ ________________________ <br />Lydia N.
