Notices <br />regarding the PIM and Planning Board meetings were <br />mailed to affected and adjacent (1,000-foot boundary) <br />property owners on July 11. Five people attended the PIM. <br />Signs for the related rezoning advertising the Planning <br />Board meeting were posted in the area affected by the <br />proposed amendments on July 21. <br /> <br />Notices regarding the Public Hearing for the related rezoning <br />action were mailed to affected and adjacent (1,000-foot <br />boundary) property owners on August 26.
