In reviewing issues with the County Attorney’s office there is a concern over the subdivision <br />regulations allowing for a modification to minimum required zoning dimensional standards. To address concerns <br />over legal sufficiency of the current UDO, staff is including references within the various zoning district tables <br />detailing required minimum lot size, area, setbacks, etc. for the various subdivision processes. <br /> 145
