<br />• Land Use Goal 4 – Land development regulations, guidelines, <br />techniques, and/or incentives that promote the integrated <br />achievement of all Comprehensive Plan goals. <br /> <br />c. The amendment is reasonable and in the public interest because it: <br />1. Assists Orange County in promoting more efficient and sustainable land <br />uses. <br />2. Encourage the preservation of additional natural area while allowing for new <br />development opportunities. <br />3.
