AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br />Adoption of the proposed amendment will allow for additional uses that serve and <br />support permitted principal uses in the O/RM zoning district. As a result, mixed use <br />developments which include a principal use type of Industrial (Light), Research Facility, <br />or Research and Manufacturing Facility and identified additional uses will be permitted <br />by right on a parcel allowing for a faster review process than would currently be <br />required. <br />E.
