This is being <br />suggested in order to promote lands within the EDD predominantly for non-residential uses (multi-family uses would be permitted in the indicated districts but <br />subject to the proposed use-specific standards in Section 5.5.10 which limits the scope of the use and requires that, in order to be permitted by-right, they be <br />part of an overall development plan that includes other permitted use(s) as the dominant use. Stand-alone multi-family development could potentially still be <br />permitted within the Hillsborough EDD through either the MPD-CZ process or as a Conditional Use District. <br /> 44
