Counts are collected from the 'ambient' air, supply air, the air immediately above <br />gently agitated carpet and furniture to determine the level of possible contamination of the HVAC system <br />and furnishings. Elevated airborne particle counts are often indicative of airborne contamination due to <br />fungal or bacterial spores. <br />• A collection of CO, CO2, total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs), temperature and relative humidity <br />readings in multiple areas inside the building. <br />• Observation of accessible HVAC components to include ductwork, returns, condensate lines and drain pans. <br />• Digital photographs collected of significant findings. These may include, but not be limited to suspect fungal <br />material, moisture on /in building materials, exterior components, grading, structural components and the <br />interior of HVAC components. <br />• Preparation of a Site Audit Report, which includes digital photographs of significant findings Also, included <br />in the Site Audit report is an IAQ Data sheet that lists air quality data recorded on site in a color -coded <br />spreadsheet. This report is very useful as a visual tool for analysing the indoor environmental quality of a <br />building. <br />• Up to 30 minutes of phone consultation with an Indoor Air Quality Professional regarding the Site Audit <br />Report. Additional consultation time is available. See below for details. <br />ADDITIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES <br />(as needed and upon approval of the client) <br />• Preparation of a Protocol document (as needed). This document is 20 -30 pages in length and details steps <br />needed for remediation of fungal growth. $650.00. <br />• A post - remediation verification (clearance) assessment resulting in a Clearance Certificate being issued <br />upon a passing assessment. $725.00 (within 50 miles of Greensboro NC). Clearance Certificate will not be <br />issued if the assessment doesn't pass. A retest PRV is $475.00 (within 50 miles of Greensboro NC). <br />• Additional phone consultation time with an Indoor Air Quality professional. $50.00 for each 15- minute <br />segment. <br />• Bacterial sample collection.
