Program Activity Name <br />Program Goal Program Goal: Ensure that fresh food is regularly <br />purchased from local farmers and collected to donate to <br />recipient agencies. We aim to feed 7,887 people, <br />support 200 local farmers and collect 20,000 pounds of <br />food through our Donation Stations. <br />Performance Measures We will track the number of people fed, number of <br />farmers supported, and pounds of food collected. <br />Previous Year Program Results 8,300 people served, 160 farmers supported and <br />16,000 pounds of food collected. <br /> <br />Current Year Estimated Results 20,000 pounds of food distributed, 9,000 people served, <br />200 farmers supported. <br /> <br />Next Year Projected Results 20,000 pounds of food distributed, 7,887 people served, <br />200 farmers supported. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
