Program Budget Detail – Provide description of “other” budget items, not defined.
N/A.

3. This program budget represents what percent of the agency budget? 60%.

4. COST PER INDIVIDUAL

This Cost per Individual must reflect the total program budget divided by the total number of program
individuals in this application.

Actual 2016-17 Estimated 2017-18 Projected 2018-19
Total Cost of Program $318,452.87 $522,666.00 $538,497.00
Total # of Individuals 676 690 690
Cost Per Individual $471.08 $757.49 $780.43

We are also providing cost per contact, as we see each client an average of 5.34 times. It is important
to note that our new Bilingual Therapy Program is by nature a high-cost service, which is the primary
reason why mental health services are so lacking in our community and across the country. We
estimate that the Therapy Program will serve only about 40-50 clients, and many of those will not be
new clients since individuals will often have already received some other service from us. The program
costs about $135,000 annually, or about 15% of our annual budget. Direct crisis counseling and
individual therapy both result in high costs per individual, yet they are incredibly vital to the health,
safety, and well-being of our community members.

Actual 2016-17 Estimated 2017-18 Projected 2018-19
Total Cost of Program $318,452.87 $522,666.00 $538,497.00
Total # of Contacts 3,613 3,650 3,650
Cost Per Contact $88.14 $143.20 $147.53
