The Client Services Director reviews and approves entries. The
Crisis Response Coordinator compiles data quarterly and at the end of the FY.
Previous Year
Program Results
We served 676 individuals in FY2016-2017.
Current Year
Estimated Results
We expect to serve about 690 individuals in FY2017-2018.
Next Year
Projected Results
We expect to serve about 690 individuals in FY2018-2019.

2. Program
Activity
Name
Support Groups: Staff and trained volunteers facilitate support groups and
workshops for survivors. Some are traditional discussion-based groups and others
are activity-focused groups utilizing alternative healing modalities.
Program Goal (A) At least 88% of primary survivors will report decreased feelings in isolation,
guilt, and shame in relation to their SV experience and (B) at least 80% will report
that they have acquired a new coping skill to assist them in dealing with trauma
symptoms.
Performance
Measures
Staff and volunteers will provide support group participants with pre - and post-
group evaluations to measure change in feelings of isolation, shame, and guilt as
well as change in use of healthy vs. unhealthy coping skills.
Previous Year
Program Results
In FY2016-2017: 95% of participants said participating made them feel less alone
in their experience of SV. 95% said participating increased their feelings of being
supported. 79% reported that their personal goals were reached.
* We recently adjusted evaluations to ask slightly different questions, so responses
for FY16-17 don’t exactly match our goals. Relevant outcome data is included here.
Current Year
Estimated Results
In FY2017-2018: (A) at least 88% and (B) at least 80%
Next Year
Projected Results
In FY2018-2019: (A) at least 88% and (B) at least 80%

3. Program
Activity
Name
Clinical Therapy: Two on-site licensed mental health professionals create
individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services to English - and
Spanish-speaking survivors of sexual violence.
Program Goal (A) At least 90% of therapy clients will report a decrease in the use of unhealthy
coping skills and (B) at least 70% will report a decrease in PTSD symptom severity.
Performance
Measures
Using a quantitative standardized scale for measuring post-traumatic stress
disorder (PTSD), therapy clients will be given a pre- and post-test for symptoms.
Participants are also asked to provide qualitative feedback about OCRCC
service(s), their service provider, and accessibility of our programs.
Previous Year
Program Results
N/A (Our Bilingual Therapy program was launched in October 2017.)
Current Year
Estimated Results
In FY2017-2018: (A) at least 90% and (B) at least 70%
Next Year
Projected Results
In FY2018-2019: (A) at least 90% and (B) at least 70%
