SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> <br />VII.1. Methodology <br /> <br />Mr. Paul Pascarosa of HEnv conducted the site reconnaissance on February 11, 2016. <br />Mr. Pascarosa met with Mr. Carl Mace prior to conducting the reconnaissance.
