The solid waste piles are substantial and include asphalt, timber, gravel, <br />concrete/construction rubble, 12-inch corrugated plastic piping, cardboard, <br />aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and other assorted trash. The miscellaneous <br />solid waste falls within the limits of the proposed project area.
