The district is established to provide <br />convenient locations for offices, the size and operating <br />characteristics of which require limited parking and which <br />generate little traffic. <br /> <br />Standards are designed so that this district may serve as <br />a transitional land use between residential districts and <br />higher, more intense land uses. <br /> <br />No <br />Amendments <br />Proposed <br />No Amendments Proposed <br />EDH-2 <br />Economic <br />Development <br />Hillsborough <br />Limited Office <br />The purpose of the Economic Development Hillsborough <br />Limited Office (EDH-2) District is to provide locations for <br />low intensity office uses and supporting services in the <br />designated Hillsborough Economic Development District. <br />The district may contain limited commercial uses within <br />employment centers or where vehicular access is <br />provided internally to the development. <br />No <br />Amendments <br />Proposed <br />No Amendments Proposed <br />EDH-3 <br />Economic <br />Development <br />Hillsborough <br />Limited Office <br />with <br />Residential <br />The purpose of the Economic Development Hillsborough <br />Limited Office with Residential (EDH-3) District is to <br />provide locations for low intensity office uses and <br />supporting services in the designated Hillsborough <br />Economic Development District. The district may contain <br />low to moderate density residential uses (1-8 units per <br />acre). <br />EDH-3 <br />Economic <br />Development <br />Hillsborough <br />Office <br />The purpose of the Economic Development <br />Hillsborough Office (EDH-3) District is to provide <br />locations for low to moderate intensity office uses <br />and supporting services in the designated <br />Hillsborough Economic Development District.
