AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The amendment will allow for larger freestanding and wall signs for projects where there <br />is adequate road frontage necessitating the development of additional advertising space <br />and clarify what constitutes a blinking/flashing sign to aid in enforcement efforts.
