<br />SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goals is applicable to <br />this agenda item: <br /> <br />GOAL: Enable Full Civic Participation <br />Ensure that Orange County residents are able to engage government through voting and <br />volunteering by eliminating disparities in participation and barriers to participation. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Planning Director recommends that the Board: <br /> <br />1. Review the proposed UDO amendments, <br />2. Deliberate on the amendments as desired, <br />3. Consider the Planning Director’s recommendation, and <br />4. Make a recommendation to the BOCC on the Statement of Consistency (Attachment 2) <br />and proposed amendment package (Attachment 3) in time for the February 18, 2016 <br />quarterly public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br /> 14
