The general purpose of OCPB is to guide and 44 <br />accomplish coordinated and harmonious development. OCPB shall do so in a manner 45 <br />which considers the present and future needs of its residents and business through 46 <br />efficient and responsive process that contributes to and promotes the health, safety, and 47 <br />welfare of the overall County.
