<br />REQUIREMENT UDO SUPPORTING EVIDENCE Staff Planning <br />Board <br />SPECIFIC STANDARDS <br />In accordance with Section 5.3.2 (A) (2), the Planning Board shall also consider the following general <br />conditions before the application for a Special Use can be approved. <br /> <br />NOTE: Planning Staff does not provide a recommendation on these items as the Board is expected to provide <br />a recommendation based on the sworn testimony provided at the hearing.
