AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />Language within the Unified Development Ordinance will be consistent with recent <br />modification to State Law. The amendments will classify temporary health care <br />structures as an accessory use to single-family dwellings which means they can be <br />placed on the same lot as a single-family dwelling, subject to the standards proposed in <br />Section 5.5.9.
