The CFE reviewed this item at <br />its April 13, 2015 regular meeting. <br /> <br />Comments from this meeting are <br />contained within the May 26, 2015 <br />public hearing packet. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />c. Local Government Review: <br />Staff transmitted the proposed <br />amendment to the Towns of Chapel <br />Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough for <br />courtesy review. <br /> <br />To date only the Town of Carrboro <br />has provided comments. <br /> Staff transmitted the proposed <br />amendment to OWASA staff and <br />presented the item to its Board on <br />April 23, 2015. <br /> <br />Comments from this meeting are <br />contained within the May 26, 2015 <br />public hearing packet. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />d. Notice Requirements <br />Legal advertisement published in accordance with the provisions of the UDO. <br />e. Outreach: <br /> <br /> <br />3. FISCAL IMPACT <br />Modification of existing language will not require the outlay of additional funds by the <br />County. Processing of the amendment shall be handled by staff utilizing existing <br />budgeted funds. <br /> <br />D. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />The amendment will allow for an additional process, in accordance with State <br />regulations, allowing for the modification of impervious surface limits throughout the <br />County.
