Add new language in regards to signs: <br />(1) The height limit of signs is 15-feet, as measured <br />from the normal ground elevation below the sign. <br />(2) The sign area of signs may be up to 64 square feet <br />in size. <br />(3) Digital signs shall not be permitted except as an <br />incidental addition to a permitted sign such as gas <br />or the current time and/or temperature prices <br />being displayed digitally. <br />(4) Portable signs and banner signs are allowed only <br />for special events and may be displayed no sooner <br />than 30 days prior to the event and must be <br />removed within 7 days after conclusion of the <br />event. <br /> <br />Page 15 of 17 <br />January 26, 2015 <br />57
