The annual report <br />informs the BOCC of the past year’s activities of advisory <br />boards/commissions and assists in overall County work planning. <br /> <br />Presenter: Craig Benedict, Planning Director <br />8. 47-53 UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE (UDO) TEXT AMENDMENT - To <br />continue discussion and provide input on government-initiated <br />amendments to the text of the UDO to change the existing public <br />hearing process for Comprehensive Plan-, UDO-, and Zoning Atlas- <br />related items/amendments. This item was heard at the September 8, <br />2014 quarterly public hearing and was discussed at the October 8 <br />Planning Board meeting.
