The dimensions of the required flare are 20-feet for <br />both a Class A and Class B Private Road, as shown in Figure 7.8.5.D.8. <br />(9) Drainage <br />(a) Ditches shall be constructed to provide drainage from the road and <br />adjacent areas. <br />(b) The ditches shall be built with sufficient depth and width to carry the <br />expected volume of water. <br /> <br />Orange County, North Carolina – Unified Development Ordinance Page 7-22 <br /> <br />115
