Today, online <br />enrollment represents 40% of all program <br />registrations, providing convenience and <br />accessibility. Total program enrollment has <br />increased by 41% from 2009 to 2013 with the larg- <br />est increases occurring in youth soccer and summer <br />enrichment programs. Facility use reservations are <br />shown below. <br />Table 4-3: Facility Reservations by type <br />Table 4-4 : Customer Satisfaction <br />In Fiscal Year 2011-2012 over 1,000 Customer Satis- <br />faction Evaluation Surveys were received from pro- <br />gram participants and facility users. The evaluations <br />were broken into six categories: youth programs, <br />teen programs, adult programs, family programs, <br />camps, and facilities. Satisfaction was over 90% in <br />all categories as shown in the table below. <br />C. Other Public Parks, Recreation and Related <br /> Services Offered by Orange County <br /> <br />Orange County Department on Aging offers <br />programs and services to older adults in Orange <br />County. Programs and services are offered in two <br />senior centers. Program areas include arts & crafts, <br />athletics, enrichment classes, Senior Games and <br />special events. More information about these <br />programs may be found at the Department on Aging <br />website: http://orangecountync.gov/aging/index.asp <br />and the Senior Times publication. <br /> <br />The Orange County Cooperative Extension offers 4-H <br />Development and Health and Nutrition training. The <br />Orange County Library programs include Storytime, <br />school-aged programs and a teen center with oppor- <br />tunities to be a teen volunteer. The Health <br />Department covers areas such as health care/ <br />nutrition services and health education. Programs and services <br />offered include camps, figure skating, hockey, <br />aquatics and fitness programs. The Central Orange <br />Senior Center located adjacent to the SportsPlex, <br />provides convenient access for senior citizens.
