FINANCIAL IMPACT: Attachment 4 provides a financial impact for the project, as a whole, on <br />County services. Staff has determined the project would not require augmentation of County <br />budgetary outlays to support services and that anticipated revenues from property taxes should <br />supplement increases in cost. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Director recommends the Board: <br /> <br />1. Receive the Preliminary Plat application, <br />2. Deliberate on the proposal, and <br />3. Recommend approval of the proposal. <br />26
