The item is 31 <br />scheduled for public hearing at the March 27, 2014 Joint Planning Public Hearing and it is 32 <br />expected that the Planning Board will be asked to make a recommendation on the proposed 33 <br />amendment at its May 7, 2014 meeting. 34 Presenter: Michael Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor 35 36 <br />Michael Harvey: Reviewed abstract. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Tony Blake: If I had a two-acre lot that was not currently subdivided, I could not build a house on it? 39 <br /> 40 <br />Michael Harvey: You have a two acre lot that is the minimum lot size currently required by our zoning ordinance that 41 <br />would be considered a conforming lot.
