<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 2.7.5 CLASS A SPECIAL NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ("Yes" indicates <br />compliance; "No" indicates non-compliance) <br /> <br />Ordinance Requirements <br /> PLANNING <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDED <br />FINDINGS <br />EVIDENCE SUBMITTED <br />TO SUPPORT <br />FINDINGS <br />PLANNING <br />BOARD <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />A. The Planning Director <br />shall give public notice <br />of the date, time and <br />place of the public <br />hearing <br /> <br />B. Such notice shall be <br />published in a <br />newspaper of general <br />circulation in Orange <br />County once a week for <br />two successive weeks, <br />with the first notice to be <br />published not less than <br />ten days not more than <br />we days prior to the date <br />of the hearing. <br /> <br />C. The Planning Director <br />shall post on the <br />affected property a <br />notice of the public <br />hearing at lest ten days <br />prior to the date of said <br />hearing. <br /> <br />D. Written notice shall be <br />sent by certified mail to <br />all adjacent property <br />owners not less than 15 <br />days before the hearing <br />date.
