She said Orange County 1 <br />is actually being very progressive by having the major and minor distinctions, and these 2 <br />standards are being liberalized by these proposed amendments. She said it is possible 3 <br />to look at different things and come back, but this will be a trade off. 4 <br /> Michael Talbert said since there are a lot of comments on this by the Board, it 5 <br />may be best to send this back to the planning board with the Board of County 6 <br />Commissioners’ comments. 7 <br /> 8 <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Gordon, seconded by Commissioner 9 <br />Price to refer this back to the planning board to review BOCC comments. 10 <br /> 11 <br /> Commissioner Dorosin said it is important, when these home occupations are a 12 <br />source of neighborhood controversy, it is to the County’s advantage to make the 13 <br />process very clear. 14 <br /> Commissioner Gordon said she would like for the planning board to think about 15 <br />adding standards for traffic impacts.
