Additional rural economic development areas are <br />not being contemplated at this time and are not supported by existing <br />small area plans. <br />Permitted Uses and Standards Ideas <br />page 12 <br />Differentiate between suburban and rural character, and adjust <br />regulations relating to required features such as signing and <br />transportation improvements. <br />Will be considered as topics are brought forward for revision. For <br />example, changes to Outdoor Lighting standards, adopted Jan. 24, 2013, <br />has slightly different standards for urbanizing vs. rural areas. Changes to <br />Home Occupation standards (to be heard at the Nov. 2013 QPH) have <br />different standards based somewhat on lot size. <br />Note: The ideas in the main body of the Implementation Bridge also appear in the Appendix, although they may be worded differently or <br />may combine several separate comments into one idea. <br />74
