4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3. FISCAL IMPACT <br />Consideration and approval will not create the need for additional funding for the <br />provision of County services. Costs for the required legal advertisement will be paid <br />from FY2013-14 Departmental funds budgeted for this purpose. Existing Planning <br />staff included in the Departmental staffing budget will accomplish the work required <br />to process this amendment. <br /> <br /> <br />D. AMENDMENT IMPLICATIONS <br /> <br />Precise amendments are still being discussed by the Planning Board and staff. It is <br />expected that allowable square footage dedicated to a home occupation will be <br />increased as well as the allowable number of non -resident employees. The proposed <br />amendments will also revise existing standards to address traffic, visitors, and special <br />events and allow for larger scale home occupations with an approved Class B Special <br />Use Permit. Additional information will be available with the quarterly public hearing <br />materials. The Planning Board and staff endeavor to be mindful of any adverse impacts <br />that may occur in the various types of residential districts found in the county while <br />creating the amendment package. <br /> <br /> <br />E.
