The Planning Board will have the item referred to it and shall have up to 90 days to comment on the application. [2] The Planning Board approves the Concept Plan for a Major Subdivision and then makes a recommendation on the Preliminary Plat to the BOCC. SECTION 2.2: APPLICATIONS 2.2.1 Authority to File Applications (A) Applications submitted under this Ordinance shall be submitted by the landowner, as identified by the records of the Orange County Tax Office, or their authorized agent. 24
