If the BOCC matte the appointments prior to December 06, ?005, Paul <br />Hrusovsky, Sally McKenzie, and A, john Vogt are to be appointed. <br />2. If the BOCC make the appointments after December 06, ?005, Paul Hrusovsky, <br />Sally McKenzie, A.
