You will see a schematic of that on the right hand side on the <br />site plan. <br />Nick Herman: This is the tail end of the private drive that goes into the property of Mr. and Mrs. West? <br />Chad Abbott: Yes. <br />Nick Herman: The easement is how wide? <br />Chad Abbott: 50-foot access easement. <br />Nick Herman: The point is to have this access drive maintained as a 20-foot road going in? <br />Chad Abbott: Yes. For fire trucks. <br />Nick Herman: That is part of the Site Plan. <br />Chad Abbott: Yes. <br />Nick Herman: Take us into the site, how does the drive work into the site where this proposed facility is located? <br />Chad Abbott: As you come into the site, the drive will split and you will have a 20 foot access that will continue to <br />the site for two way traffic going in and out of the facility. The drive will also split and go to this personal parking <br />area to his house which is approximately six or seven parking spaces with various structures. As you come down <br />into the site, it tapers to a one way drive and comes through where there are five parking spaces divided or just a <br />drop off area and it will loop back around and continue back out the site down the 20 foot drive. <br />Nick Herman: This is what? <br />Chad Abbott: Mr. West’s house. <br />Nick Herman: What are these structures in this area here? <br />Chad Abbott: This is a barn with a lean to and parking structure, roughly there are four parking spaces across this <br />section. Here, you have two of the metal carport garages and places for additional parking for his house only. <br />Nick Herman: Okay. The new facility is down here? <br />Chad Abbott: Yes sir. <br />Nick Herman: Adjacent to this circular drive? <br />Chad Abbott: That is correct. <br />Nick Herman: Starting at the top, where are the nearest residences to this property other than the West <br />residence? <br />Chad Abbott: About 580 feet north/northeast and then about 420 feet there is another residence over here.
